the essays [sigh]
When you hear the word ‘essay’, you probably think about the dreadful five paragraph death sentences you’re used to. On the exam, you’ll have 100 or so minutes to write four essays. But, the truth is, all you have to do is answer the questions (and abide to the official essay writing rules). The midterm essays are a little stricter, and they can be the death sentences, after all. They’re not that bad, as long as you do them in time, and devote to the rubric. Don’t stress the essays for the exam, just stick to the prompt, but hunker down for the midterms. They can be rough at times, but Brock almost always gives a chance to rewrite, along with very colorful feedback.
